Baked Seasoned Fries

Fries (even raw potatoes) are one of my biggest weaknesses, so I was happy to eat the small handful that wouldn’t fit on the cookie sheet.

Baked Seasoned Fries

4-5 yellow potatoes

2 TBSP Safflower oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp ground rosemary

4 TBSP water

 Baked Seasoned Fries

Heat oven to 450 degrees.

Scrub the potatoes clean and use a fry cutter to slice into even pieces.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and add potatoes.

Toss to coat evenly.

Add the water to a cookie sheet (this keeps them from drying out and sticking even though there is oil) and lay the fries evenly in a single layer.

Bake for 15 minutes and flip each fry, then continue to bake for another 5-10 minutes, until done.
