I love to make soups like this. It is so easy to grab what you have, throw some seasonings in with it and voila! Soup! You can use whatever type of meats you want, your favorite noodles, and even add more kinds of vegetables.
8 cups filtered water
4 pieces chicken
40- 60 large shrimp
16 oz of noodles
6 large carrots
4-5 stalks celery
1 TBSP dried parsley
1 TBSP mineral salt
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp ground rosemary
Clean and dice carrots and celery.
Boil celery and chicken in a large pot covered in water for 15 minutes.
Remove chicken and allow to cool about 5 minutes.
While you are shredding or cutting the chicken into small pieces, add carrots, shrimp parsley, salt, oregano, and rosemary to the pot.
As soon as you’re done with the chicken, put it back into pot and add noodles.
Cook 8-12 minutes, following the time on the noodle package.
