This is such an easy and light meal to throw together when you don’t feel like cooking. There was flatbread called Flatout that had a very short ingredient list without any high fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oils that was amazing. I’m not sure if it’s still available though, I usually just grab some tortillas or bread from a health food store. There was also a lavish bread called Joseph’s. I think that was my favorite, but I haven’t seen it in a long time. The wraps pictured on this page were made with the lavish bread and Flatout Bread.
Flat bread, Lavish bread, or flour tortillas
Any veggies you want (lettuce, avocado, tomato, spinach, cucumbers, mushrooms, etc)
Shredded cheddar cheese
Bacon or bacon bits
Any leftover meat such as chicken, roast, etc.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese onto the flatbread or tortilla.
Layer on the cheeses, vegetables and bacon and/or meat.
Fold in the sides and carefully roll from top to bottom making sure to keep the sides tucked in.
