1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
3-1/4 cups powdered sugar
Melt the butter and peanut butter in medium pot. Stir in vanilla.
Beat in powdered sugar.
Quickly spread into a 8×8 dish lined with foil.
Let cool for about 30 minutes and then refrigerate to set.
Cut into squares.
