2 pounds carrots
4 TBSP butter
2 TBSP honey
1/3 cup brown sugar (you can make your own)
salt and pepper to taste
Peel and cut carrots into bite size pieces.
Melt butter. Add honey and brown sugar
Pour melted butter over carrots in 8 inch baking dish and toss to evenly coat.
Bake at 425 for about 50 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
