Even relationships that were abusive are hard to get over, maybe harder than a non-abusive relationship because the abuser has gained such control over you that it is hard to imagine being able to live without him (or her). I’m not really fond of number 7 because too much retail therapy can end up hurting you in the long run. I really love number 3; I think it is one of the most important things to do after a break up.
