Refried Beans

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2 cans (54 ozs) pinto beans, drained

2 TBSP sesame seed oil

Juice from half a lime

1/2 tsp mineral salt

1/8 tsp cumin

 

Drain beans. Add all ingredients to medium pot and mash.

Simmer on medium low for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
