Sausage Balls

Sausage balls are a Christmas morning tradition in our house. I make them the night before and put them on cookie sheets, then wrap them with plastic wrap and keep them in the fridge so in the morning, all I have to do is remove the plastic and throw them in the oven.

Sausage Balls

1 pound ground pork sausage

2 cups biscuit baking mix

1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

 

In a large bowl, combine sausage, biscuit baking mix and cheese.

Form into walnut size balls and place on greased cookie sheets.

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
