The Most Destructive Nutrition Lies Ever Told


For years, doctors, nutritionists, even dietitians have spread misinformation about what is actually healthy to eat. I know of a few that are still telling patients to eat margarine instead of butter touting that it is still much better for you, regardless of the fact that it has been proven that hydrogenated oils are one of the worst things to put into your body. Just this month, the FDA recognized “that partially hydrogenated oils (PHOs), the primary dietary source of artificial trans fat in processed foods, are not “generally recognized as safe” for use in food.” That was taken from the FDA’s website. How are we supposed to trust these ‘professionals’ when they don’t even have a clue? It wasn’t until scientists starting playing with our food, and manipulating the DNA of our food, that we started to get sick. Back in the day of my grandparents, they ate meat from their farm that didn’t have all the hormones and antibiotics injected into them and the milk was not pasteurized. They ate whole eggs from chickens that were allowed to forage for insects and eat what chickens are supposed to eat. They ate vegetables from their gardens that were not sprayed with all this poison, nor were any of the DNA manipulated to make frankenfoods. And they were healthy.

People need to stop and think for a second. All the studies and research that now says these foods are bad for you, have been done on the foods that have been tainted and manipulated. They haven’t performed these studies on natural and organic foods.
